Yeah bud we are keeping an eye on it. In week 1 in the PFL there was like 22 injured players who are going to miss weeks. Most injuries are just in game and then they are fine when it's finished.
It's not a 'bug' looking amount of injuries at the minute but that could change as we play more games. Injuries can be removed at any point in the season though so if all hell did start to break loose we could wipe them all

To test the youtube out, if you use mixer its so easy. You go to manage channel, vods then download. You can upload it straight to the channel or even email it to on of the commissioners and we can post it up. Be great if we can get all the streamed games on the YouTube channels, Superbowls etc on there to watch any time would be great

Got an idea and maybe the guy who could run it.
@StueyH111 might be a silly idea but I was thinking. What if we did a Madden fantasy league.
If 5-10 people want to do it we could draft a fantasy team and score them on yards and tds only so 1 point for every 10 yards and 2 points for a td or something. At th end of each advance update the table and bump the post, wouldn't be like nfl where you face off someone each week just like a league table that gets updated.
Use a normal fantasy team like up minus the defence and kicker and add an extra flex player to the line up or something, you can't draft your own players, if you trade for someone on your fantasy team they need to be cut from your fantasy team. Waivers are to be posted before advance to the next week etc
Could be a lot of fun and really wouldn't take much to manage

Also, it seems to be the same players who are in the Top 10 quite often throughout the season. Ideally we wants something that involves all of the players in the league like quick hits used to. Or a combination of the two.
Division power rankings could be an idea then? Involves all teams and then could rank divisions in strength rather than teams?

Ok guys so I have been thinking of ways to keep the league interesting outside of playing games and growing the sites profile. Want to use this to brainstorm some things that you guys might think make the league more enjoyable and different to other leagues. So far:
I have been speaking with the creator of a twitter bot called recap, when daddy leagues is synced it posts results, it has a great little picture of the stadium with the score and then some player stats underneath, this is a great tool and twitter is something I want to use more to increase the sites profile, I will be using it as a social feature about the league rather than using it to recruit and hopefully people who see it, want to be a part of it and sign up.
Obviously match reports are going to be a must to be in the league and then i'm hoping each team can do 1 blog/report a season atleast (again 4 posts between september 17/ August 18 is not a lot to ask)
Bring back highlight of the month - this used to be around and then stopped but it was a great thing. I can get individual highlights posted out on twitter keeping it active, then we can do a video that members can vote on and then add the end of the year put all the months winners together to do an end of year winner.
PFL H.O.F - Quite shocked there is not one of these already? I am suggesting that when season 4 is coming to an end we start to nominate players for H.O.F, could be a player from your team, a player from another team then after all 32 coaches have put forward a player, we could split them in positions and vote in one per position or just vote from the list and have say 5 players make it. It would be good for activity on the site between july/august and would also be nice whether you win games or not to have a chance of having a player go into the H.O.F and stay on the PFL site as long as it exists.
PFL TOP 50 - Similar to the NFL's top 100 at the end of each season I will be doing (with help if anyone wants to help) a PFL top 50, this will be announced on twitter as a countdown in 5s per day and then added to the site 1-50 kind of thing. Think this will be a good little time/activity filler during the wait from play offs to pre season.
It's what happens outside of games what makes a league most enjoyable, I would love to hear some ideas whether you plan on playing next year or not

I am volunteering to commissioning, have some spare time now so can put in the effort needed.
2 leagues would be good, with lots of different players in each, this year has been a bit much with too many people in both and I think that's why it's suffered as people have been burnt out.
@tripperman28 also offered to help run a similar 2nd franchise to what pro 7 was? (before my time) so if you and him want to recruit @ZoSo you are more than welcome to give it a shot if every one wants that second league.
We do need space for recruitment but we also need at least one stable league. At the moment both leagues are suffering and Imo it's due to having too many of the same people in both.

Yeah been monitoring it bud, been asking advice of other CFM leagues too, I think every team is having a different experience so far, like there is only 2 QBs in the league injured and both play for the saints. Myself lost Jay ajayi in week 1 for 6 weeks after just 2 carries but his injury rating is about 80 so it's to be expected.
The aim is to keep it sim as possibe without taking the fun out of it. The best way to learn is to let it play out a couple weeks, we can remove all injuries from players at any point. In week one there were only 22 players injured half of them were 60/70 ovr guys who must have been playing special teams or something.
I think though even if we turn them down to 20/30 people will feel even more hard done by when losing players because it won't be happening to as many other people around the league. It seems to be mainly players in similar positions getting injured especially running backs, which is a pretty injury prone position irl
