Welcome to the site bud

There's plenty of us on here that are willing to help you, don't hesitate to ask.

We're starting a Arcade league which would be great for someone like yourself to introduce you to the game, get signed up and in the meantime add me on Xbox and we could have a game. My gamertags ramsdan81

Only way to learn is play some games and expect to get beat, it's a tough game learn.

Might be best for you to go the Arcade route to begin with.

Twitch streams or just general youtubers, but beware, a lot of those teach you how to exploit the games, a big no no like FIFA.

Not at all mate, like the good Doctor says, we all had to learn the game at one point. I sometimes still don't know what's going on!

@Rumley1993,  @Beyond The Game really recommends doing the skills trainer, it'll give you insight to the basics of the game. Even us old hands use it to get use to the new features in the game.

The Skills trainer is the one thing I would recommend most people to do - especially guys newer to the game, helps teach you the basics - reading the defence/passing/running....

Also good to get use to the new features added I worked on just getting gold on the beating the different coverage's' and that helped as I was able to understand the sort of pass I need to put on each play... and to a lesser extant the sort of catch I should be making.... with this game its all about practice you can't expect to pick it up and be competitive from day 1....

Also a good thing to do is find a team you like and support that team... as long as it isn't the Patriots mate you'll be fine here

That's a difficult one to answer, as everyone has there own reasons they like a team.

Normally it can come from an individual player you like, or team uniforms or something.

Just try playing with different teams and maybe watch some NFL, it won't take you long to pick one & grow attached

Theyre a very interesting team, they play in a much different way than most other teams, rely a lot on deception and a fast paced offense. Very fun to play with though! I had them in one of the franchises in Madden 15 and i loved the team, a ton of good players. Had a lot of players leave this offseason but still very talented and have arguably one of the best running backs in the game.
