Leagues for Madden 15

From what I gather the pro and xpress are reasonably the same standered so why not just go by overall record from whatever league your in?

I had to leave the pro early    due to the wife about to pop a kid and general work stuff.

 

My record is abysmal, as it always has been in the pro tbf! 

 

however i'd have no issue with people with better records picking ahead of me if they stayed the full season.

 

 

How i do it in the Irish league is that in order to qualify for the draft you need to play 2/3rds of the games available.

 

We play 3 seasons, so in order to qualify for the draft you must play at least 2 seasons.

Once you do draft order is based on your win/loss ratio.

 

Next up are players who havent played the minimum and there order is done in the same way, then the new guys on a FIFO basis,

 

Generally works well & means we have a consistency in numbers for the most part.

Surely no matter what way the order we pick in is decided those that played all four seasons in either the pro or express will pick before anyone that left or any newbies.

I personally agree that loyalty should be rewarded so there is almost two random draws - the first between those that played the full 4 seasons, ten a random draw for the rest.

Think I'm going to come back to madden this year.

Will sign up and out my name down to commish the PS4 league if there is enough interest. As a matter of interest what would be the minimum amount of players for the league? Personally wouldn't want anything less than 24.
