RGM Pro Tour Underway

RGM is running its first Pro Tour with the new Rory Mcilroy Golf game.

 

We're trying to make it accessible for all initially and then after this tour is done, we'll have a better understanding of where people are and split the next competition, so that we have a Pro & Am Tour. Pro being full on sim mode. Am being Arcade. Allows all skill levels to have a bash at it without f**king the casual user off. 

 

Hoping for a good turnout on this as its multi console and you will be competing against people on other consoles based purely on the scores going up on the leaderboard.

 

It'll be a good laugh and we hope to springboard from this competition in to one off events like Ryder Cups and various other one night events and challenges.

Around 20 have completed a full round on the first course. Picking up steam nicely.

Good laugh getting a round in with a few mates. Jump on, always people playing it. I know a few are having multiple cracks at the first course.

A plea for Kev  (McManus)

 

He's one of the best blokes on PFL , has run a franchise , arranged meet ups at the NFL and has the best beard across all the forums.

 

He was badgered to join FLM as he thought he had time to play FIFA ....but sadly in the end he didn't.

 

I know he f**ked you off and wasted time by accepting a place in the league but he's a big part of this place and needs to be part of RGM ....

Agree with all of this, in particular the beard bit although ive never touched it yet - but Im not even 100% sure hes banned from RGM.

 

The security check is normally just the numbers in the box at the bottom of sign up you have to fill in. You can refresh for another set if its not working normally....

I dont think McManus is banned from RGM. He was banned from FLM for the reasons mentioned by Rhino, got a place in the league but didnt commit.

 

Think this is just a mix up about security code when trying to sign up to RGM.

Don't think I banned him unless he was being a stroppy twunt. Can't remember that being the case though.

He's a commissioner on here, bumped him up myself so don't have a beef/grudge.

As I said, if he bailed and had a bit of an attitude with it then yeah, banned. But not from here or RGM.
