I'm a man of wealth and taste...but not really

 

Hello all,yet another Irish lad who has floated over from the Irish league in search of fame and fortune.

This is my first year playing Madden (well I briefly borrowed madden off a friend on the ps2 but didn't play it much) so this has been a whole new experience to me.

I joined the Irish league at the start of the year and was thrown into the AFC West(well I chose to go there) which contained Berty's Chiefs....which has been an education.After 4 meetings I haven't  gotten close to beating him but have learned a lot I think along the way.

I'm still not the greatest player but I try to pick up something from every game

I've thoroughly enjoyed my games in the league and this being the my 1st year playing madden I always looking for more games.I play a bit online against randomers(nearly always americans) which can be hiit or miss.

Also this year is also my first time seriously watching the NFL,I kinda always had a passing interest but really took to it this year and now I'm hooked.Kinda took to the Broncos too,not sure if it was because Peyton Manning was one of the few players I had seen play before and liked  or the simpsons reference in the Hank Scorpio episode or that I got them in the Irish League,maybe all of the above.

But anyway thats my Madden/NFL history

Will be really good for your game playing in the leagues here as well, my Irish Chiefs will need to be better prepared in Season 3 !!

Just one question,are all the leagues connected careers/franchise leagues apart from the PFL?

Correct and right. One was fantasy draft but that is in its final season.

 

PFL in the longest running league going back over 5 years since it was started and plays with the current rosters.

Yes mate.

 

Pro - 2 games per week - 10 min qtrs (Currently about wk 6 of season 3 out of 4)

UKML - 1 Game every 5 days - 8 min quarters (currently in week 14 of seaon 2 of 3)

Xpress - 2 games per week - 8 min quarters (Currently about wk 6 of season 3 out of 4)

Pro 7 - 1 game per week - 7 min quarters (Currently in wk 3 of season 2 of 2)

Was it originally running for 3 or always 2?

 

Plan was 3 but people were dropping like flies so we've cut it to 2.
