Hi all - gamer tag is hubblewiffle

Am an adult madden complete beginner looking to join a number of leagues - can play during the day/evening on most days

Huge NFL fan - fortunate enough to see the Patriots, Cowboys and 49ers each season due to work travels

Also been to every NFL Wembley game including THE FRIDGE at the OLD wembley (how many years ago was that???)

Would love get involved so please invite/contact me

Am playing online against some others but get frustrated at all the onside kicks, 4th down plays ..... all the unrealistic bits of playing Madden

Were you the guy on NFLUK saying that you didn't know what league to join?

If so, let me know what sort of thing you are looking for in terms of how many games per week and qtr length etc and I'll do my best to advise you.

We usually have a page on our home page detailing all leagues but the homepage is down whilst it's be revamped.

Hi - I can play most days and some evenings and am willing to dive into anything - I like to play properly ie no kick off onside kicks and no 4th down plays till 4th qtr etc and never quit games even if 6 touchdowns down!!!

Ok here's a quick summary of the leagues. Let me know which one(s) you fancy?

Pro Franchise - 2 games per week - 10 min quarters - little - no space available - in off season (season 1)

Xpress League - 2 Games per week - 8 min quarters - 1 - 2 spaces available - in off season (season 1)

UKML - 1 game every 5 days - 8 min quarters - No space available - Week 15 of season 1 (possibly space after xmas)

Fantasy Franchise - 1 game every 5 days - 8 Min Quarters - Lots of space - Week 14ish season 1

Pro 7 - 1 game per week - 7 min quarters - Some pace available I believe - mid-season (season 1)

The PFL - 1 game per week - 10 min quarters - in play-offs (season 1)

All of these are online Connected careers except the PFL which we record our own stats and use online rosters.

The Fantasy Franchise was done via Fantasy Draft, therefore he teams rosters were hand picked in a draft and are not the actual NFL rosters.

Fantasy, pro, express Ll sound good to me - am not fussed abut teams etc, just need the experience!

Alri lads. I'm interested in joining an online franchise. I know a few people who are in a league n they recommended joining the pfl. I usually online most evenings. Any info is appreciated

See my post above for info on the leagues available.

I believe the Xpress will be full after today as we've had several new members join and take the last few spots. If you want to join the PFL, stick your name down, but the new season wont start until February.

If you want to get involved straight away, your best 2 bets are the Pro 7 (1 game per week) and the Fantasy Franchise. Both are nearing the end of season 1, so you'll probably inherit a team on a losing record, but it'll get your feet under the table ready for season 2.

If you play most nights, you can probably afford to be in both as they are 2 of the least time consuming leagues we run.

Welcome to the site. You'll get a place in at least one of the leagues. It all depends how much you want to play and what type of league you want. You'll find a variety of player skills across all the leagues. Sometimes you'll win, sometimes you'll lose. Whichever the result, you'll find us a friendly community who'll always be ready to help.

I am not a patriots fan don't worry but have seen a lot of the patriots, 49ers and cowboys over the past 5 years thanks to monthly travels to the USA and handy corporate seats

Also a baseball fan so ditto red sox, giants, rangers in the Nfl off season

And why does every damn pc and phone change Nfl to NHL - aaaggghh
