Just as a case of interest, if anyone wanted to know how I do them, then more folk might want to create their own highlights video or even best plays package.

I only use the following which most folk should have access to in your pc:

Windows movie maker 2.6

Prism video converter - free to down load - essential as you'll need to convert your saved videos.

An EA account to save your replays from madden, if you've done it with fifa, NHL etc, then your set already

Once you have downloaded your videos from the EA site to your pc/laptop, put all the files you want in to the prism video converter and and select destination. Click Convert.

It only takes a matter of seconds for them.

I then have windows movie maker open and select import video. It lets me chose one at a time but once you put it in its there. just save after every other change to keep yourself right.

Your music can be added in the same way, just use import music, same for any images you have.

The animations I have are actually from the realPLayerSP and are easy to move over to your pc,

Once you have finished and are happy, save to your computer.

If you have a youtube account you can upload it to there once its on your pc.

then just copy the url from youtube  Bobs your uncle...

Hi Stuey, you know when you see your profile at the top of the madden franchise site? click on that & go on to your media page, the tabs are a little grey at first, select a replay to watch and you should see an option to download on the right hand side of the video, where it will have type of video (Madden 11 etc) and your profile, Select that and a box comes up just asking you to acknowelegde EA guff, just press ok.

The downloaded stuff will appear in your downloads folder

any other questions feel free to ask

Thanks lads, think I'll make a habit of this for my matches. Think I'd still accompany a write up of it as it only lets you save 10 videos at a time, and then you have to upload 5, download them, delete them from ea, then upload the next lot (at least that's the trouble I came across today).

If there's a different way to how I did it, I'm all ears! :pfl:

Great videos Glen and DiodeX

I had a go today after my game with P4ddy31. How did you guys upload the music? I checked all my iTunes and they were the wrong file types. Did you guys convert them or download from a certain webs-site?

Anyway, here's what I came up with. ha ha.

Nice videos, I much prefer watching the action than reading it... although it's still good to have a match report to accompany it (which I didn't do :g:).

And that punt return was quality DiodeX, the broken tackle made it for me.

And Stuey, I don't get my tracks through iTunes. I'm a criminal and do it through YouTube, just get the URL of the track you want, then go to google and type in "YouTube Converter" and I think the second one down is the best. Then you can download it for free. Automatically downloads as a .wmv file.

I just grabbed it from my vast collection of legally owned MP3's ;)

But the one with music is in the highlights thread.

I saved mine but it says that there is a conflict and shuts the program down. Any ideas? I have put some images in there and my music is mp4 format but when it comes to this sort of stuff i am not too good at it.

Never mind sorted now, didnt publish the video

Could have downloaded a few more video's after the game and had to use a few pictures to pad it out. I know for next time.
