I don't think team specific playbooks would make to much difference. Those good players with time to study the playbook would still come out on top. The only people it will punish are those who don't play as often and haven't got time to learn a new playbook.

Speak to the Boss. (Riggler) I've just had a couple on NFLUK ask about PS3 leagues. I'm sure we'd attract a few in time. Lots on NFLUK play another PS3 site. Sure we'd poach some of them. Don't know though. Not up to me.

I have just bagged them in the GM League we are running this year. May tap you up for some advise! Only PS3 leagues we have running at the moment are NCAA league's I believe.......
