Was in the pfl before but was getting humped regularly is there a novice set up/league?

Ok cool no worries the games superb I think but haven't played it for ages, just come back from 3 weeks in the USA so right back into "football" again saw some quality games watched pats vs broncos in a packed millers it was awesome
