A -No, it's a package. Some teams have a spread formation with the package 'regular' or 'base', which means 2RBs, 1TE and 2 WR B. Yes it is. It is a standard package. It has been discussed before. However you are not allowed to line up in run heavy, and then audible to a five wide set, or the other way around.

Welcome.. I am not that familiar with the Sun Dream team, but I think in that one player can be on several teams. In the mentioned Fantasy Franchise, that is not the case.. Everybody will get a NFL team without players. We will then select players one by one in turns, e.g. if you have the very 1st pick, you will select a player, say Tom Brady. Then he is on your roster, and unavailable to the others. Once everybody has selected a player, it is your turn again (at the 33rd pick, 63rd pick and so on). Basically it is just a normal NFL franchise, but all the rosters are completely mixed up. Does it make sense?
