Hey, me again. There are certain restrictions on your account, depending on the number of posts you've made. Eg. Sending/Receiving PMs needs 5 posts. After reaching 5 posts, I can add a picture now, where I couldn't before. So (don't hold me on this) but I conclude you need at least 5 posts
