A lot of the time people don't even know they are doing stuff, have misread the rules or simply haven't read them. Usually a pm is enough.

You cannot be moving forward at the snap, but you can be running parallel to the los as long as only one man is in motion

so post snap i can move a DT back if i feel i have the wrong D but not before? (the only aubibles bit i know how to do is change the play, no idea on changing indivual players)
as i think i may maybe guilty of it due to being in panic mode and seeing big gaps in my coverage, so i usually bring someone back how was lined up in the middle and place him where i think i should of had a LB, which seems to be against the rules.
Yes, it would be against the rules pre-snap.
If you're in panic mode and don't like your play, that's what the timeout button is for!

Ad. 11) Moving in a WR or TE as a blocker
I understand that this is banned on running plays. But what about lining up in an empty set, and then moving in a TE as pass blocker?

Also, regarding the defensive issues mentioned : Anybody who notices sth with me, please let me know. I don´t even understand half of what was talked about, so there´s decent chance it happens by accidend as of now.
What i do very often is call a zone defense but then change to man defense when i notice sth about the matchups.
