Could be a local issue rather than permissions Volki. Have you tried force closing your browser and deleting your cookies etc?

I used to get awful problems on the site with things not appearing, formatting all over the place etc, deleting temporary internet files and that used to fix it

Nope, someone changed his primary group to VIP and his secondary group to VIP.

VIP only gives you posting access to the VIP forum, you need another group on top for everywhere else.

Whacked you in the Coaches group primary and VIP secondary.

Its just not having a member group either as primary or secondary. 

VIP just gets you VIP forum along with the other extras.

Yes

Coach gets bumped down to secondary when there's a more important one they belong to, ie VIP, staff, commissioner etc

Primary should always be the highest level they belong to, with the rest as secondary. So a commissioner who's a VIP for instance should have commissioner as primary, then VIP and coach as secondary
