Single Sign On Issues

Methods to follow BEFORE posting in here;

NOTE: Primary email address should be the email address you use for the site you are on the most. Check what that is before proceeding. 

1. Check that you can access all sites with your email address.

Some of you have different email address on different sites, try and change them, if you are unsuccesful in being able to change them in that it says the email address is already taken, post in here detailing what your primary email address is and what accounts on what sites you can't access. 

2. If you can not log in to one site, try registering and using your primary email address. Sometimes this will kickstart the Single Sign On for you.

3. Check if Single Sign On Works

• Log out of all sites.
• Close all browser windows/tabs
• Clear your temp files/browser cache etc
• Open one forum tab
• Log in using email address
• Now Open another tab with a different forum.

If you are logged in there, try the other two. 

 

If you are posting an issue in here, make sure you make it clear, not long winded and easy to follow. If its a clusterf**k, I will just ignore it. Not enough info, I'll just ignore it. Help me, help you.

Just a quick question on this.

From my understanding when you sign on to the site it logs you on to all 4 sites so you can move between the sites.

Is there a way to avoid this as RGM is blocked on my works network, which will prevent logging in.

I don't think you are logged in on them all if you log in on one, I think it's just if you go to the other sites it uses the same login info directly.

Could be wrong on that, but that's what I think

Also, why RGM blocked but not Madden?

think RGM is blocked due to the word community.

It'll try to log you in to all, failing that, will log you in locally only. Primary Log in handler will be the cross site log in though. Can't change that unfortunately.

Wrong. Read first post. Or a f**k tonne of the other posts I've put up.

Single sign on. Log in to one and then you'll be logged in on all. 

If you've got the correct account details.

Case in point, someone had existing accounts on FLM, Madden, PEN, and RGM, but had 4 different email addresses and 4 variations to his username. Clusterf**k

I know this is really obvious but have you checked you junk mail? The amount of emails that i miss because they go to my junk
